This near-new holiday house sits in a quiet pocket of Goolwa, with sand dune views stretching out from the back deck. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area opens through wide glass sliding doors onto a covered deck that runs the full width of the house, with a few steps down to a lawn area below. It's a comfortable, well-equipped base for families, groups, or extended stays for work or business travel, and an easy walk to the beach, local shops, and attractions.

Each of the three bedrooms has a queen bed, built-in robes, and a ceiling fan, and the master bedroom opens directly onto the back deck with its own reverse-cycle air conditioner. A second living area gives everyone room to spread out, and reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main living space keeps things comfortable year-round. The house comes with two flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, a stereo with connectivity, a microwave, a coffee pod machine, a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer, plus a high chair for younger guests. There's one bathroom with a shower and bath, and one ensuite with a shower.
